• Upon request, clients will be given all site files in Freeway Pro for Mac format. Other conditions may apply.
• Maintenance contracts are billed on a yearly basis and are payable in advance.
• All page changes are integrated withi 48-72 hours of receipt of final copy and images from the customer.
• All invoices are due and payable upon receipt.
• Unless otherwise stated all services are due and payable prior to delivery.
• Where applicable, a 50% advance is due prior to commencement of any work valued over $100.00
• Where applicable, invoices will be issued every 7 days for work completed during the prior week.
• Fees are partially or fully refundable based on the refund terms stipulated in our Terms & Conditions.
